When you're not out on the water or enjoying a good hot-weather hike, kick back in the living room to watch a good movie or show on the TV before heading into the full kitchen to prepare a delicious meal for everyone to enjoy at the glass-top dining table with seating for everyone. The kids will love splashing around with the pool noodles and blowup chairs or relaxing in the spa while you catch up with old friends on the screened-in patio with southern exposure. You can even mix up a few refreshments with the private wet bar. Don't forget to fire up the gas grill for those fun summer barbecues, and don't worry about stains because the washer and dryer will take care of anything the kids pick up. You can use the free WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure or post your favorite memories to your social media. When it's time to call it a night, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to enjoy, each with its own TV and the primary room with an en-suite bath. Good thing too, because with all the fantastic local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment nearby (not to mention Englewood Beach), you'll appreciate the long and luxurious sleep you get. THINGS TO KNOW Pool service will be on the premises briefly on Wednesday of every week (with some limited exceptions). Landscapers will also periodically be on the property. Pool heat is available from October 1 until May 1. The pool spa will only heat up to pool temperature and will not supply bubbles. It is an extension of the pool, not a hot tub. This home's maximum occupancy (six) refers to any combination of adults, kids, toddlers, and infants.
