Included is a whole house water filter system and safety grab bars in the shower and tub. Outdoor features include a large landscaped patio area, enclosed beach shower with hot and cold water, and a gas grill. A community lot offers extra parking for a boat trailer or RV.

Directions

Directions from the Mexico Beach Office: Take a left on Hwy 98 from the PPVR office, drive a few blocks to turn left onto 9th Street, follow the road to either turn in front of the row of single family houses onto Oleander Avenue and park in front of the house or turn in behind the row of single family houses and park behind the house.
