Welcome to Magnolia Cottage! This charming 3-bedroom house is ideally located just minutes away from the stunning beaches of Pensacola Beach and Perdido Key, Downtown Pensacola, shopping, and NAS Pensacola. We are happy to accommodate one pet, but please be sure to review our House Rules regarding pets.

All of the living areas, bedrooms, and laundry facilities are conveniently located on the same level. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Dishes, silverware, cookware, and baking trays are provided for your use, as well as a Keurig coffee maker, crockpot, and blender. The dining table can comfortably seat 4-6 guests.

The living room is spacious and perfect for relaxation, with plenty of room to stream movies on the 43" Roku SmartTV. Additionally, a workstation is set up in one of the bedrooms for those times when you need to work on your laptop. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house. The front porch is screened-in and provides a lovely outdoor space to enjoy.

Linens, towels, extra pillows, and blankets are provided for your comfort. The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed with a desk and chair, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle.

The bathroom boasts a spacious tile shower, and for your convenience, there is a washer and dryer on the premises.

The backyard is fully fenced and includes a producing orange tree.

For parking, there is one space directly in front of the house for street parking, and an area near the right side of the house for one additional vehicle. Please be considerate and do not block your neighbors' driveways or mailboxes.

If you're visiting a service member, you'll find Magnolia Cottage's location to be ideal, as it's located within a 25-minute drive of NAS Pensacola. Publix and Dollar General are conveniently located within .5 miles of the house for groceries and incidentals.

Please note that we use TV streaming exclusively, so be sure to bring your personal account and password information to access the television.

This house is located near the Cervantes St exit of Interstate 1-10, and within a 25-minute drive or less to Pensacola International Airport, beaches, Cordova Mall, movie theaters, boat ramps, and the Naval Base.
