Enjoy views of a local lake just outside your window, You may spend most of your stay out next to the private pool - the lanai makes it easy to get comfortable no matter what the weather! If you're getting in after sunset, get comfortable, prepare some snacks maybe, and share stories from the day on the corner sofa. The home is cooled by central air conditioning, and each bedroom features a ceiling fan so guests can adjust the room's temperature to their preferences. Enjoy cooking together in the full kitchen, then enjoy meals at the dining area, on the furnished patio, or at the breakfast bar that seats four guests. No stairs means that everyone's welcome to come along to this lakeside retreat. THINGS TO KNOW This unit requires an HOA application to be completed and emailed back to Vacasa within 3 days of booking. The garage is not for guest use. It costs $32 a day (plus tax) to heat the pool. This must be requested 48 hours in advance. Pool heat is available from October 1st to May 1st. This home is snowbird-friendly.
