This is a 3 story house located on old Hwy 98 across from the Gulf of Mexico. We have beautiful beach front and sunset views from the 2nd floor balcony and 3rd floor. We are across from a boardwalk for daily walks! The bottom level of the house has a king bed, 2nd kitchen and handicap access bathroom, as well as access to a stone fenced in patio area.
The 2nd level has the family room, kitchen, dining area that seats 8, king master BR,1 1/2 baths and laundry room. The 2nd floor balcony has plenty of seating and a high top table for 4. The upstairs level has 1 BR with a Queen and bunk beds, 1 BR with a Queen and beach view, and a room with 2 twin beds, and 1 bath. All BRs have TV.
We would like to rent the house for January and February, but are open to 2 monthly rentals. My Dad built the house in 1995. We treasure our family time the beach together, and have worked to make it a comfortable beach cottage home. I am happy to talk with interested snowbirds, but will not rent to any college groups under the age of 25.
