You'll be half a mile from both the Russell-Fields Pier (where you can fish for flounder, king mackerel, and red fish) and Pier Park's famous shops, restaurants, cinemas, and regular entertainment. You kids will also delight in visits to Gulf World, Hidden Lagoon Super Race Track and Golf, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, and Camp Helen State Park - all of which are within a few miles' drive.



THINGS TO KNOW

  • Beginning on September 6th, 2023, the Sterling Breeze Homeowners Association will be starting a major elevator replacement project. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating on the property. There will be longer than usual waiting times during high occupancy. This project is expected to be completed by March 1, 2024, though it could last longer.
  • Complimentary beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) provided March through October.
  • Guests must pay an additional $50 registration fee.
  • No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
  • This rental is located on floor 3.
  • Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
