Welcome to The Blue Pearl located in the community of San Dunes on North Cape San Blas. The Blue Pearl has superb indoor-outdoor living functionality. Two balconies are south facing with partial water views of the Gulf of Mexico. Two side balconies present partial water views of St. Joseph Bay; one with a swing for two while the other offers guests seating by bistro set. The lower level has ample parking for multiple vehicles, RV, or boat/trailer parking; multiple opportunities. If you're not traveling with large vehicles the parking pad doubles as a basketball court. This lower level houses a private hot tub in an enclosed screened patio with easy access to the hot/cold outdoor shower. Guests will have a tough decision on structuring their day between the beach, community pool, and private hot tub. 
The Blue Pearl is a nature lover's dream! Only 800 yards to beautiful Cape San Blas beach; easily accessible with 3 private beach access points. With resort amenities, al-fresco dining options, and partial water views, very little is to be desired. 
Guests will enter a formal foyer and climb a flight of stairs to living accommodations on the second floor including king master, queen guest room with Jack-in-Jill attached bath shared with the neighboring guest room with 4 twins. All guest bedrooms have a flat screen television, chest of drawers and/or closet access, with ceiling fan. 
The master is a true suite with a king bed, large walk-in closet, attached bathroom, and private balcony with partial water views. The master bath offers the option of soaking tub or walk-in shower, with double vanity, and private water closet. 
The third floor has an open living concept throughout the kitchen, dining, and living room. Ample seating throughout with two large sofas (one sleeper), upholstered chairs; plus, outdoor seating options. The living room has an extra large flat screen television with cable, DVD player, books and board games.
The kitchen will wow with Gulf views in the distance as well as stone countertops, a large copper sink, modern fixtures, and designated desk area. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and a starter supply of amenities. The balcony on this level has an amazing view and offers al-fresco dining options with access to propane grill. Between the outdoor dining, bar seating, and large dining room table, no one will be left without seating. The fourth bedroom is located on the third floor accommodating for 2 with a king bed and attached bath with shower/tub combination.
