There are numerous actives for winter guest at the Celadon Beach Resort. CBR has various activities going on each week for our guest. Activities are posted in the main lobby. Every morning they gather for water aerobics in the heated pool. They plan get-togethers, one night a week in the club house there is a pot luck and several community-based activies. PCB also has an abundance of activities planned for the winter guest as well.
No renters under the age of 25 per CBR HOA. Age verification is required for all renters.

• CBR does not allow pets.
• CBR charges a one time parking fee of $20.00 per vehicle during your stay.
• A $200 Damage Deposit is required and refunded after satisfactory inspection of unit.
• Check-in time is at 3:00 p.m. and Check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. CST.
