Panama City beach house available for winter rental. This gulf view house is located in the Bid-a-wee beach area less than a half a block from the gated, private dedicated beach. Convenient to Pier Park, shopping and grocery stores. There is covered parking, 2 balconies with gulf views and covered patios in the front and back of the house. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and sleeps 8+. There is a full kitchen with granite countertops and all cooking utensils. We have had the same winter renters for the past 3 seasons but they are unfortunately not able to come down this year. We are hoping to find someone that can rent for at least 3-4 months.
