Our 3bdrm/2 bath home has been beautifully decorated and maintained to our highest standards. We have a jacuzzi in the master bath, a garage, large front porch, ceiling fans in every bedroom, and ample room for your family to enjoy their stay. Five years ago we redecorated and removed all the carpet and put down tile in each room. We have furnished our home with all the dishes, appliances, linens, and extras you would need to take care of your family. We are located one block off the beach and within walking distance to a "Free Parking" pier so that you can watch the beautiful sunset daily over our gorgeous gulf. There are 5 restaurants within walking distance and Pier Park is only 2 miles away.

We have received only 5 star review by each visitor leaving feedback for us, and will be glad to provide that for the asking.

Entertainment System Each bdrm & den are equipped with a t.v. and a dvd/VHS machine. We have a limited number of movies, and books to use.

Utilities All utilities are included with the cost of the rental. We have a new heat and air unit that is only 2 years old. Yard work is done regularly by the association so that all yards are neat and maintained.

Child Bed We have a king size bed, 2 queens size beds, a fold away bed and a darling "Dora" child bed for the toddler. Several guests have shared that their "little ones" have used our walk in closet as their own personal "apartment". :)
