Our 60 inch TV offers 148 channels, radio, and free HBO.
Beds are Queen Size and relatively new.
Boat storage is available on Burnt Store Road or in the nearby Burnt Store Marina.
We are a short distance from some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.
Minimum rental is one month. We rent only for the Winter months.
In addition to the monthly rental fee there is a 12% tax to the state and county, a security deposit, and a cleaning fee.

Additional Rate Information We only rent by the month. Additional Fees include $500 security deposit. 12 % total short term rental state and local tax, $125 cleaning fee. Max 4 people in unit. No smoking and no pets. Deposit is 50% with balance payable 90 days before arriving. Cancellation policy: We will refund in full minus a $100 admin fee if we can rent the dates that you had contracted for. Other wise your payments are non refundable. There is a lease to sign, an association form to sign, and we need photos of your license.We need these back promptly if you want to rent the unit.

Scenic View

Property is right on Port Charlotte Harbor. There is a wonderful on shore breeze most of the time and stunning sunsets out the front door. In back of the unit are lakes and you can see fish jumping during the day.
