We collect a 20% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 45 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Subject to availability. Snowbird Special pricing cannot be combined with other offers. We do rent short-term as well (3 night minimum), but rates vary by season and snowbird pricing will NOT apply.
