Utilities There is a cap on the electricity of $150 per month. The owner pays up to this amount. If usage charges are applied the amount will be deducted from the security deposit and a copy of the bill will be provided for your records. If you choose to run the A/C extra cold or leave the water running for a long period of time, the utility bills can increase significantly, therefore we ask our guests to assume the cost for the additional usage. Additional Rate Information Rate Details: Rent is $4400 to $5300 /month depending on season. Monthly Rates are calculated from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month. If your plans are for less than a month we may be able to help. Please call the office. Additional Charges: $200 departure cleaning fee; reservation fee 3.9% of base rent; and 12.5% state and local taxes. Condo Association Charges: There is a required application and a fee of $100. Refundable Security Deposit: $500. Utility Caps/Mo: $150 electricity.
Optional Insurances: Accidental Damage: $45 covers up to $3,000 of accidental damage during your stay. Travel Insurance: This is an optional service we offer through a national travel insurance provider. Plans include valuable medical coverage, trip interruption, emergency travel services and more. Additional Boating Information:

If you are bringing a boat there are no additional charges, but we need to know the length of your boat. This dock is first come first serve and accommodates a boat up to 30’ in length. Proof of liability insurance is required to dock your boat at this property. A copy of the Declarations Page showing a minimum of $100,000 is required prior to arrival. There is storage for boat trailers about ½ mile from the property at 81983 Old Hwy, Islamorada. Separate arrangements are made directly with the storage facility manager at 305-664-8101.
