Villa is on the ground floor with no floors above. All floors are tiled. One king size bed. Pull out couch in living room for guests. It has a lanai with a gas grill and backyard. Fully furnished kitchen and bathroom with linens, towels, hairdryer. We only rent the condo in the OFF SEASON from May through November.

Entertainment System

Ca le and Wi-Fi can be connected for an additional $125 per month.

Utilities

Electric is included but if the usage goes over $100 per month, the excess will come out of the security deposit. Internet and Wi-Fi and cable is $125 per month
